Halkidiki
Variety

The Halkidiki variety olives take their name from the Halkidiki peninsula. Its main producing areas are the Halkidiki and Kavala areas both located in northern Greece. They have a natural light green color and an elongated shape ending in a nub. They are on average relatively big in size and their texture is firm and crunchy.

Conservolea
variety

The Conservolea olives, or also known as Round – Amfissa, are known for their round shape. They are mainly cultivated in central and western Greece, in the areas of Stylis, Volos, Arta, Agrinio and Amfissa areas. Their color and texture depend on the maturity of the fruit when harvested and can be either green, blond, or black. They can be found in various sizes from relatively small to big sizes.

Kalamata
variety

The Kalamata olive variety, takes its name from the city of Kalamata, the capital of Messinia region in Peloponnese. The biggest volumes of these olives are harvested in Laconia, Messolonghi – Agrinio and Livanates areas in central and southern Greece. Their exceptional purple-black color and unique almond-like shape are recognizable among all other varieties of olives. They have a firm and meaty flesh and their taste is naturally fruity and mildly bitter.
